Zetwerk: Simplicity in storytelling makes for an effective pitch deck

In the fifth episode of PitchCraft, Moneycontrol's Chandra Srikanth speaks to Amrit Acharya, co-founder and CEO of Zetwerk, and Prayank Swaroop, partner at Accel, as they unveil Zetwerk's first pitch deck.

This deck took 10-12 iterations, says Amrit, as he emphasizes that simplicity is key to telling your startup's story and using minimal jargon in the deck will help you connect better with investors and show them your clarity of thought.

He highlights that saying your company is the 'X for Y' can do you a disservice, as your startup idea should be positioned as completely unique. Prayank shares what compelled him to invest in Zetwerk even though people with experience in the manufacturing sector told him the idea would not take off.
