In the third episode of PitchCraft, we get insights from India’s fastest idea to IPO startup story - Honasa Consumer Ltd’s Varun Alagh speaks to Fireside Ventures' Kanwaljit Singh, and the host of PitchCraft, Chandra Srikanth, about the process behind crafting the company’s first pitch deck. Varun shares that the main objective of the pitch deck is getting investors interested in what your company is trying to build.

He says, “The investor should be interested in you as a founder, the opportunity you’re going after, and how you’re planning to execute on your idea”. Kanwaljit adds that for an investor, the deck is a glimpse into the mind of the founder, and Mamaearth’s pitch deck showed him that they were thinking long-term.

Anything you would do differently?
